Carne Fiesta a la "El Moreno"

Carne fiesta, as we tried it on Lanzarote, El Moreno, en San Bartolome. Fried pork with onions, red peppers, garlic salt and pepper.... and of course... french fries!!!!!!!!!

Cannelloni.......

Cannelloni with black tiger shrimps and pout ( white fish ) in saffronsauce not bad at all!!!!! ;o)

A different kind of falafel, it is made og broad beans, the color is bright green......

-it really doesn't show on this photo...... but they are ever so nice dip them in alioli and hot chilipaste....... yum yum

And when I saw these utencils made of olivewood, I just felt that I had to have them, pricy YES.... but you just waite until you can afford it..... they are the best!!

Condumio de Conejo, Rabbit with lots of garlic!!! -whitewine, mojo ( sauce from La Palma ), herbs and a glas og brandy...... nice food.....

Walking in the garden.....

I went for a walk in the garden and look at all thesse lovely flowers.... just right for a green salad!!!!

-and this is how it looks like when you put them all together with some different kinds of lettuce........
