My 40 years birthday.... starting with the dessert.. or rather one of them... mango-passionfruit icecream with white chocolate

Pringas..... buns with meat from the spanish "cocido".. beef, pork, chicken, blood sausage and chorizo sausage, a little alioli.... ready to eat....

gazpacho.... normally you'd make it with tomatos, but this is made with watermelon.... very refreshing....

Lemon mousse..... 

Almogrote..... very cured cheese mixed with garlic, red strong pepper and oil... served on bread with a bit og rocket and a cherry tomato

Another sweet dish... ricepudding danish style, with almonds and cherrysauce.... typical danish dish at X-mas Eve... but also very good in the summer..

Foie gras with applebutter........ yummi

Canneloni.....

Salmon wraped in puffpastry... with carrots and onions...

Frikadeller, pork meatballs, and potatosalad... another danish dish

pear and leek quiche......
